Mogadishu Professional Certificate provides practical training in information technology and professional skills. Our goal is to help learners understand essential IT concepts, practise useful technical tasks, complete meaningful projects, and prepare for the next stage of their education or career.
MPC connects classroom learning with real-world application. Students should not only memorize definitions; they learn how to approach a technical problem, use appropriate tools, explain their work, and continue learning after the program ends.
MPC waxay isku xirtaa waxbarashada fasalka iyo adeegsiga nolosha dhabta ah. Ardaygu ma xifdiyo qeexid keliya — wuxuu bartaa sida loo xalliyo dhibaato farsamo, loo isticmaalo qalabka saxda ah, loona sharaxo shaqadiisa.
To help motivated learners develop practical IT skills, professional confidence, and a clear plan for continued growth.
To support a stronger technology workforce by making practical, career-focused IT education accessible to learners in Mogadishu and beyond.
MPC is designed for students and young adults who want to build a practical professional skill in information technology. You may be a recent high-school graduate, a learner changing career direction, or someone who wants structured IT training before entering the workplace.
You do not need to know everything before you begin. The program takes students from essential computer knowledge to practical IT tasks in a clear sequence. You receive guidance, opportunities to practise, and support in preparing for your first professional opportunity.

MPC offers two study pathways for learners beginning an IT career. Both include practical learning and career preparation. The one-year program provides broader development and more time for practice. The six-month program provides a focused, intensive route for students who want to build essential skills in a shorter period.
A structured pathway of nine modules. Each module ends with practical evidence you keep in your portfolio.
The intensive program is not a shortened copy of the one-year program. It focuses on a realistic set of essential outcomes that can be taught and practised properly within six months, with regular assessments so difficulties are identified early.
The final certificate is awarded according to clearly stated attendance, assessment, and completion requirements.
IT is a practical profession. At MPC students learn concepts and then use them. Lessons include demonstrations, exercises, troubleshooting tasks, small projects, group activities, and opportunities to explain technical work clearly.
You finish the program with more than a certificate. You have evidence of what you can do: project files, reports, diagrams, presentations, and a portfolio that supports future applications.
Waxbarashadu waa ficil. Ardayga MPC wuxuu bartaa fikradda, ka dibna wuu adeegsadaa — jimicsi, xallin dhibaato, mashruucyo yaryar, iyo sharraxaad casri ah.

Completing training is an important step, but beginning a career also requires confidence, communication, evidence of ability, and a plan. MPC supports students as they prepare to present themselves professionally and search for suitable opportunities.
Our career support helps students prepare a CV, organize a practical portfolio, practise interviews, improve professional communication, identify suitable entry-level roles, and understand how to submit and follow up on applications.
Depending on your skills and the local opportunity environment, possible directions include IT support assistant, computer technician trainee, junior network support, help-desk assistant, data-entry or reporting assistant, office technology assistant, laboratory assistant, or internship trainee.
These are possible directions, not guaranteed outcomes.
MPC prepares students for entry-level IT opportunities and provides career guidance and job-readiness support. Results depend on your attendance, effort, performance, communication, job-search activity, and the availability of opportunities.
Tababarku wuxuu kordhiyaa diyaargarowgaaga — laakiin shaqo dammaanad qaad ma aha.
A certificate is valuable, but practical ability and professional confidence matter just as much. MPC helps you build a foundation you can use beyond the classroom.

At the end of your program you should be able to describe your skills, demonstrate practical work, communicate professionally, and identify your next step — an entry-level application, internship, freelance project, further certification, or advanced study.
Results depend on the student's attendance, effort, performance, communication, job-search activity, and the availability of opportunities. Training improves preparation; it does not guarantee employment.
